Fuel & Flow started as a handful of mats and a reformer on East Bay Street. Now we've moved in at ROOTZ Kava and Tea House. It's still run by the same instructors who teach your class, plan your brunch, and know your name at the door.

Stay for kava, tea or coffee in the ROOTZ lounge. The bar is open before and after class.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. Beginners are welcome in every Fuel & Flow class and experience, and each class is modified live by the instructor.
What should I bring to a Fuel & Flow class?
Just water and grip socks. Mats and equipment are provided.
